Data deletion and account disconnection.
Use these instructions to request deletion of data stored by Ankh Corp Ads Manager. You may separately revoke the application's access inside TikTok.

How to submit a request
Email us with the subject Data Deletion Request. We use email rather than a web form so the request reaches a monitored inbox and you keep your own copy of it.
1. What to include
- The email address associated with your Ankh Corp Ads Manager account.
- Your company name.
- The relevant advertiser ID, Business Center ID, or TikTok account reference, if available.
- Whether you want full deletion or deletion of one specific connected account.
- Any information needed to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
2. What we do
- Confirm receipt and determine whether identity or authority verification is needed.
- Identify the account and connected resources covered by the request.
- Disconnect integrations and remove, revoke, or invalidate stored credentials wherever technically possible.
- Delete personal and advertiser-related data not required for a permitted retention purpose.
- Provide confirmation, or explain any lawful limitation that applies.
3. Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, enforcement of agreements, or compliance with legal obligations. Retained information stays subject to access controls and is not used for unrelated purposes.
4. Revoke TikTok access
Deleting information from Ankh Corp Ads Manager does not by itself revoke access inside TikTok. You should also revoke the application through the relevant TikTok authorization or business settings.
Revocation stops future API access, but it may not automatically delete records already lawfully retained by Ankh Corp Ads Manager.
