What we request, what we do with it, and what we never do.
This page gives reviewers, advertisers, and account holders a direct explanation of the data categories and API functions the application may use.
Purpose
Ankh Corp Ads Manager helps authorized advertisers run advertising operations from a centralized workspace. Within the permissions granted through TikTok's official authorization process, the platform supports advertiser accounts, Business Center resources, campaigns, ad groups, ads, creative assets, catalogs, reporting, pixels, events, and measurement.
Not every user receives every feature. A feature is available only when the application holds the required permission scope and the connected advertiser is eligible to use it.
Authorization
Advertiser access begins through TikTok's official authorization interface. After the user approves, TikTok returns an authorization response to the registered callback URL below. Server-side credentials are used only on the application server and are never embedded in public pages or client-side bundles.

Permission categories
Each category below maps to a concrete area of the product. We request a category only when a released feature depends on it.

Display and manage the Business Center organizations, members, accounts, and assets the authorized user is permitted to reach.
Campaign Management
Read and, where authorized, create or update campaigns, ad groups, ads, statuses, budgets, and compatible advertising settings.
Creative Management
Upload or retrieve authorized creative assets such as videos and images, organize creative metadata, and support compatible creative tools.
Catalog Management
Manage eligible product catalogs, products, product sets, and the catalog-ad workflows the account supports.
Reporting
Retrieve the performance metrics, dimensions, filters, and date ranges supported for the advertiser resources the user authorized.
Ad Measurement
Manage and review eligible pixels, events, custom conversions, diagnostics, and measurement results for authorized advertiser resources.
How data is used
- To show the authorized user the accounts and assets available to them.
- To complete actions the user initiates, such as reading or updating an advertising resource.
- To present operational and performance reports.
- To secure the integration, detect errors, and maintain audit records.
- To provide support and to comply with legal obligations.
What we do not do
These limits are commitments, not aspirations. They apply to every account connected to the platform.
- We do not ask users to disclose their TikTok password to Ankh Corp Ads Manager.
- We do not sell TikTok data.
- We do not use advertiser data to build unrelated consumer profiles.
- We do not access accounts or assets the user has not authorized.
- We do not use the API to bypass ad review, account enforcement, verification, payment controls, or platform restrictions.
- We do not present unavailable scopes as approved functionality.
Retention and revocation
Users may revoke access in TikTok at any time and may request deletion of information held by Ankh Corp Ads Manager. Tokens are removed, revoked, or made unusable as part of the disconnection process wherever that is technically available.
Some limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance. Retained records stay subject to access controls and are not reused for unrelated purposes.
